Delivery

4. Delivery time is counted in Business Days

5. The Seller, in accordance with the Customer's will, delivers the invoice together with the Goods, or if such will is not expressed, the invoice electronically.

6. A seller with a small business registered in Germany does not issue a VAT invoice because, according to existing law, he is not subject to this tax.
